No One Cares About These 2000s Actors Anymore

Some will say that the 2000s have been great for movies while others will say that it has not exactly been another golden decade for US cinema. There are also those who will say that not enough time has passed since the 2000s for us to be making a list like this, but we believe that this decade was idiosyncratic enough and that it has produced quite a few famous actors and actresses.

Some of them are still around, making great movies and being all famous and whatnot. However, we are much more interested in those who did not quite make it out of the 2000s and who require quite a bit of digging around to find today.

These are the Lost Actors of the 2000s.

1. Brian Van Holt

There was a point in the early 2000s when it seemed that Brian Van Holt is on his way to greatness and a career that would last a hundred years. He had those all-American looks with his square jaw, his blonde hair and that mischievous look in his eyes that Hollywood loves so much.

Most people first noticed him in Black Hawk Down where he had one of the largest roles that he also rocked all the way. He then played in a few movies with the likes of Dustin Hoffman, John Travolta, Andy Garcia and Samuel L. Jackson.

And then, poof!, he disappeared. He appeared in a movie where Tommy Lee Jones plays an undercover cheerleader coach and in a movie with Paris Hilton. You cannot really get much lower than that.

Sure, we have been seeing him in Cougar Town, but that’s hardly something to write home about.
